Northland Custom Woodworking Inc. was established in 1986 by two carpenters. By providing quality work on a dependable basis, the firm quickly grew to include many carpenters, warehouse staff, engineers, detailers, estimators, and programmers. Today, Northland is a 35,000 square foot operation capable of building multi-story exhibits covering very large areas. Of course, we build exhibits of all sizes as well as related items, such as retail environments, model home showrooms, and office interiors. Recent investments in infrastructure include: Walk-In Spray Booth: Allows painting of large items in a safe manner with a smooth finish. Five-In-One Combination Machine (saw, jointer, shaper, planer, mortiser): Takes up less floor space and allows carpenters to reach a variety of necessary tools quickly. 5000 lb Forklift: Multiple forklifts allow carpenters and warehouse staff to move large objects quickly and safely. CNC Router: Cuts hardwood, plywood, particleboard, plastics, solid surface materials, and aluminum sheets faster and more accurately than manual methods. Machine can cut up to 1,250 inches per minute at 0.005 accuracy.
